Thanks to the reversible templates, you can effortlessly produce round and square end tenons. Additionally, these templates can be used for accurate dowelling applications. The Trend Mortise and Tenon Jig is capable of cutting mortise & tenon sizes ranging from a quarter inch (6.35mm) to over half an inch (15.9mm). Although guide bushes are part of the package, please note that cutters are required and a Unibase may be necessary for certain router models. With a swift set-up for both mortise and tenon, the jig incorporates a 5/8 inch diameter straight cutter (Ref. C026), with the tenon width adjustable using different guide bush diameters. Every aspect of this jig is designed for your convenience and precision. Please also note that your jig requires a portable plunge router with a 6.35 mm (1/4 inch) shank capacity.
