This unique design ensures an even load during cutting, eliminating burrs and significantly reducing the need for additional finishing. The heat-treated cutting edges boast a corrosion-resistant black finish, designed to ward off rust and ensure longevity. Please note that all our punches are sold individually without a key, which can be purchased separately. The ‘Q Max Hole Punch’ is incredibly user-friendly, simply thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and subsequently pass the screw through the hole. Position the die onto the nut and then twist the die nut onto the protruding hexagonal screw until it comes into contact with your metal sheet. Utilize an 8mm hexagonal (MB type) wrench to rotate the hexagonal screw, guiding the punch through the metal to create a flawless hole. For cutters 15 mm and above, please note there's a slightly different configuration. The larger cutters have fewer components as the thread is incorporated into the punch, omitting the need for a die nut.
