Design classics from 1960: table lamp Kupoli

The Finnish designer Yki Nummi (1925-1984) created the Kupoli lamp series in 1960. Even many decades later this design has not lost its aesthetics and modernity. The lamps of the Kupoli series will be produced again or continue to be produced.

The table lamp is a type of lamp from this series. Kupoli - in English dome - lives up to its name, because the shade made of white acrylic sits on the frame like a dome. The material allows the light to shine through gently in all directions. At the same time the light is glare-free.

The Finnish manufacturer Innolux produces lights that impress with their timeless Scandinavian design. Innolux's designers include both well-known designers from the 1950s and 1960s and young Finnish designers from the 21st century.
