The Fiskars StaySharp Plus Reel Mower is a hand push cylinder lawnmower with large front wheels and an ergonomic handle which has been designed for improved mobility and ease of use - in fact Fiskars say this model is up to 40% easier to push than other cylinder mowers on the market.

You can also get a better quality of cut with the StaySharp Plus, with up to 75% more cutting power than standard cylinder mowers, and an adjustable blade height which allows you to set the height of cut between 4cm and 10cm. The increased cutting power is due to a large, patent pending InertiaDrive cylinder and heavy duty blades which store energy in them while the machine is pushed along. With a standard cylinder mower, obstructions like twigs can frequently cause the blade to jam, but the pent up energy in the StaySharp Plus enables it to power through tougher material for uninterrupted cutting, rather than grinding to a halt until the obstruction is removed.

The StaySharp cutting system is another technology which is exclusive to Fiskars cylinder mowers, and means you can get much longer life out of the blades without having to sharpen them. This is because the sharp edges don't come into contact with any other part of the mower, so get much less wear than conventional designs. The only thing that contacts them is the material being cut.
