Design pendant lamp Ray - spherical shade with adjustable element in oak wood

With innovative detail, timeless design and natural touch, the pendant lamp Ray immediately attracts attention: Inside a painted hemispherical steel hood open at the bottom, an element made of oak wood is attached with magnets. This can be rotated so that the round light opening can be directed to the desired area.

The Scandinavian minimalist design comes from the Danish designer duo Pederjessen, which has existed as its own studio since 2015. The founders Søren Pedersen and Lasse Jessen both studied industrial design at the University of Southern Denmark and are dedicated to the design of furniture and lighting. They follow a holistic approach to product development - always on the lookout for new technologies and new materials. The aim is to develop functional and timelessly aesthetic products that combine traditional and modern elements.

The Ray pendant lamp is handcrafted by the Mater company, which since its founding in 2006 has attracted attention in the furniture and lighting sector with exclusively designed products that are made with sustainable materials and traditional handcrafting techniques.
