An increasingly popular alternative to tiling, Multipanels combine all the aesthetic advantages of the former with none of their practical drawbacks. Easy to install and even easier to maintain, these versatile panelled solutions can be cut down to meet any size specifications and bonded in place in a matter of hours rather than days. Comprised of a 9mm waterproof plywood and a 1mm high-pressure decorative laminate, Multipanels are a lightweight and convenient solution to the problem of bathroom decoration. The Riven Marble pattern has an understated creamy colour and a convincing simulation of texture, guaranteeing it will make you want to reach out and touch it. Indeed, this attractive aesthetic can make all the difference in upgrading your bathroom from a place of chores to one of opulence.

Instead of messing around with fiddly and time-consuming grouting, Multipanels are bonded directly onto your wall. The unlipped edges with which this product is supplied allows you to integrate the panels with each other and other wall fixtures through a variety of different methods. What’s more, the range of available sizes (2,400mm x 1,200mm, 900mm or 598mm) means that you can easily pick the one which meets your needs, then cut it down to the appropriate size and fix it in place.

Not only does this make a huge difference to installation times, it also means that there are no grooves or joints where dirt or mould can build up. When it comes to cleaning, all that’s needed is a damp cloth treated with a non-abrasive detergent and your panels will be returned to their original state of lustre with the minimum of elbow grease on your part.

Prior to installation, it’s recommended that the panels are allowed to acclimatise to ambient temperatures for a couple of days, especially if they have been stored in a particularly cold location. However, as long as they are installed according to the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines, they come with a 15-year guarantee on their surface as standard, meaning you’ll be covered in case of any eventuality.
