Use the Judge Deep Fry/Preserving Thermometer for accurately reading critical temperature settings when making jams, sweets and pickles. Also ideal for deep fat frying. This Judge thermometer features a protective stainless steel case with specific setting point markings and deep frying temperature. Temperature range from 40° to 200°C (100° to 400°F). A handy clip on the reverse of this Judge thermometer allows it to be clipped to the pan whilst cooking.
