StainAway also has high opacity, class 1 scrub resistance and leaves a smooth flat matt finish. When working with stained walls and ceilings, there is no need to use a separate primer and finish. Johnstone's StainAway will do both jobs in one, saving you time on the job. Coverage 9m² per litre Dry Time : Touch Dry in 1 hour. Recoatable after 4 hours. Preparation: All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from grease and loose or flaking material. Rub down previously gloss painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly. Avoid the inhalation of dust - wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
