Little Sun Diamond - solar light with a practical stand

Little Sun Diamond is a sparkling pocket-sized solar light designed by the artist Ólafur Eliasson. The faceted lens makes it a dazzling light source in the garden, for camping or for visiting a concert or festival. The stand can be removed to allow you to take the light with you anywhere.

The battery is charged in the sun within five hours and the integrated LED will then shine for five hours (22 lumens). The small, robust solar light is made of recyclable plastic and is weatherproof and UV-resistant.

Founded in 2012 by the artist Ólaf Eliasson and Frederik Ottesen, Little Sun aims to provide the solar-powered LED lamps that it has produced itself to regions that do not have access to electricity distribution networks in order to provide a clean, cost-effective light there so that the hazardous and harmful light sources that are powered by kerosene and other flammable substances can be abandoned. Every Little Sun product that is sold in developed countries allows a Little Sun light to be sold at a reduced price in rural Africa and other regions without electricity.
