LED Lenser PTT Police LED Torch - Black

Part of LED Lenser's Tactical & Xtreme range of torches, the TT Police Tac torch is a robust German engineered medium body tactical torch designed to meet the demands of police forces, emergency teams, security firms and rapid response units.

A variable focus design, the TT utilises LED Lenser's patented Advance Focus System™ optics for superior light consistency through flood to spot light applications, achieved through the simple twist focus function common to many other LED Lenser designs. Equipped with an energy efficient high end CREE Power LED light chip, the torch delivers a 280 lumen beam of light with a range up to 280 metres. A 2 stage dynamic switch allows the user to select between high power mode for optimum brightness and low power mode to conserve battery power. On low power mode, the TT is able to provide runtimes of up to 30 hours on a single set of batteries while still providing 25 lumens of illumination at a range of 80 metres. The rear power switch enables fixed light modes or momentary on/off for short pulses.

Designed specifically for users who need the utmost reliability in challenging environments, the TT has a number of design features that enhance it's performance in critical applications. Gold plated contacts are used internally for superior corrosion resistance and optimum connectivity, and are shielded by an aircraft grade external aluminium housing which is rated to IPX54 for resistance against dust, liquids and weather conditions. An extra deep diamond shaped groove pattern on the barrel ensures a firm grip even when using gloves and a wrist strap is supplied for extra security. The removeable anti-roll attachment on the housing stops the torch from rolling away if dropped and allows it to be stablised on flat surfaces for hands free use.
