Flat, rectangular LED pendant luminaire alvia - direct and indirect lighting for the modern office

Designed by BUSSE Design+Engineering, the alvia pendant luminaire is visually simple in design and focused on functionality. It takes on a flat rectangular shape defined by an extruded aluminium frame, which gains additional stability from stainless steel cross-bracing. The direct light component is emitted downwards through a microprismatic PMMA lens. The indirect light is emitted through polycarbonate covers on the long sides of the profile and the top. The brightness of the direct and indirect light components can be controlled separately via external dimmers (not included) thanks to two DALI-dimmable control gear units. Thanks to standard-compliant glare control, alvia is suitable for lighting above VDU workstations.
