Smoke detector from ABUS for optional Z-Wave integration

The Z-Wave smoke detector warns effectively and reliably of fires. It can serve as a classic smoke detector that sounds an acoustic alarm when triggered. In addition, thanks to Z-Wave functionality, it is possible to receive a message and initiate pre-configured measures even when on the move.

This is possible in combination with a Z-Wave gateway, with which the sensor is connected via radio. The smoke detector is integrated via this, connected to the Internet and can send messages to the smartphone. In the event of a fire, the app can be used to specify, for example, that Z-Wave lamps on the escape route are switched on and secured doors are unlocked.
