This wall lamp quickly makes itself indispensable: whether in a workshop as a work lamp or everyday companion and stylish addition to an industrial-style home design.

Signal SI300 is equipped with the typical joints with sliding contacts inside that have characterized Jieldé lights since 1950, giving them a very flexible mobility and therefore an extremely effective functionality. The wall lamp Signal SI300 is made of aluminium and steel and equipped with a ceramic socket. The luminaire arm can be rotated through 280° and swivelled through 300° via the integrated joint in the area of the wall bracket. The hemispherical lamp head can be rotated through 360° so that the light can be directed exactly where it is needed. The shade is white on the inside for optimum light reflection.

In 1950, Jean-Louis Domecqs, the founder of the Jieldé family business, was looking for a workshop lamp that met his requirements in terms of function and design. He was unable to find a luminaire that he liked one hundred percent, so he developed the Loft luminaire, now considered a classic of French industrial style, which was freely movable and had no cables to get in the way. The chunky joints, the reflector shade in the shape of a hemisphere as well as the retaining bracket around the shade are its characteristic features. Since 1955, the French family business from Lyon has traded under the name Jieldé, which goes back to the initials of the company founder (JLD). All lamps are elaborately handmade and distinguished with a numbered plaque as unique pieces.
