The Router's speed can be preselected & continually adjusted up to 28,000rpm using the router's speed setting wheel & accelerator switch, allowing you to effectively adapt to different materials. Moreover, Bosch's Constant Electronic feature ensures the same rate of speed delivery for different workloads, guaranteeing an unvaryingly high cut quality. Plunge/stroke depth is also finely adjustable in increments of 1/10mm up to a maximum depth of 55mm.

The 1400 ACE is packed with performance enhancing features. A solidly constructed parallel guide fence & removable low friction plastic guiding shoe enable exact control of the plunge router during use. A convenient, inbuilt lamp also helps by providing a clearly illuminated working area. Safety is ensured by a transparent chip guard, giving you a clear view of the workpiece while protecting you from debris.
