Instructions for storage

Store in dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C. (6)Store in a frost free environment between + 5°C and + 30°C (3)15 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperaturesbetween +5°C and +25°C. (1)

Instructions for use

Remove old sealant, Cut cartridge seal & screw on nozzle, Fit cartridge into a sealant gun, Squeeze trigger to apply sealant, Smooth new sealant with a smoothing tool (4)Apply using a sealant applicator gun (3)Completely remove any existing sealant and residues. Thoroughly clean the joint to remove contaminants and allow to dry. Cut off the tip of the cartridge above the screw thread. Remove nozzle cap and trim nozzle diagonally to fit the joint width. Screw the nozzle onto the cartridge. Insert cartridge into a cartridge gun. Pull trigger to apply sealant into the joint. Ensure sealant has good contact with both sides of the joint. Smooth sealant with a sealant finishing tool within 5 minutes. Remove excess sealant immediately using white spirit (3)Completely remove any existing sealant and residue. Then, thoroughly clean the joint to remove contaminants and allow to dry. Cut off the tip of the cartridge above the screw thread. Remove the nozzle cap and trim the nozzle diagonally to fit the joint width. Screw the nozzle into the cartridge and insert the cartridge into a cartridge gun. Pull the trigger to apply sealant into the joint and ensure that the sealant has good contact with both sides of the joint. Then smoothen the sealant with a sealant finishing tool within 5 minutes. It is recommended to use this in a well-ventilated area (2)Completely remove any existing sealant and residues. Thoroughly clean the joint to remove contaminants and allow to dry. Cut off the tip of the cartridge above the screw thread. Remove nozzle cap and trim nozzle diagonally to fit the joint width. Screw the nozzle onto the cartridge. Insert cartridge into a cartridge gun. Pull trigger to apply sealant into the joint. Ensure sealant has good contact with both sides of the joint. Smooth sealant with a sealant finishing tool within 5 minutes. Remove excess sealant immediately using white spirit. (2)Ensure sealing area is clean, dry and free from debris, Cut cartridge seal & screw on nozzle, Fit cartridge into a sealant gun, Squeeze trigger to apply sealant, Smooth new sealant with a smoothing tool (2)Application method: With manual- or pneumatic caulking gun. Cleaning: Clean with Soudal Surface Cleaner or with Soudal Swipex, immediately after use. Finishing: With a soapy solution or Soudal Finishing Solution before skinning. Repair: With the same material. (1)Apply with a caulking gun. (1)Can be applied from the cartridge using a standard air or hand operated gun, with no special pre-treatment. The joint width must be designed to suit the movement capability of the sealant. In general the joint width should be <gt/> 10mm and <lt/> 30mm if movements are expected. A width to depth ratio of ~1:0.5 should be maintained. Recommended minimum joint width for joints around windows and doors: 10 mm. For triangular joints the sides should be 6mm minimum (1)Completely remove any existing sealant and residues. Thoroughly clean the joint to remove contaminants and allow to dry. Remove the safety tab and nozzle cap. Slide switch fully to "Max." to release trigger. Product may not dispense if not fully open. Rotate nozzle to preferred angle. Press trigger to dispense sealant. When applying, ensure sealant has good contact with both sides of the joint. Smooth sealant with a sealant finishing tool within 5 minutes. Remove excess sealant immediately using white spirit (1)
