Katerin is a very useful LED recessed spotlight, which is able to shine in three light colours. Before mounting and letting it into the ceiling, you have to decide and can choose from one of three light colours, which can then be controlled via a DIP switch on the housing. In the middle of the white luminaire housing sits the swivelling luminaire body, which can be swivelled by up to 25° so that the light emission can be better determined. The light escapes at a rather narrow angle of 36°, so that a predominantly punctual light is produced and individual objects or areas can be illuminated in a targeted manner.

With the IP44 protection rating, use in bathrooms and other damp rooms is also possible without any problems, as the luminaire is adequately protected against dirt and moisture. The use of the luminaire is not limited to living rooms, as a recessed luminaire, Katerin can also be used in a commercial environment. The dimmability of the LEDs always proves to be an advantage, especially as the spotlight can be controlled via both a leading-edge and trailing-edge phase dimmer.
