About Our Returns Policies

Buildiro, and many of our partner stores on, offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Most items sold on follow our general return policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

At we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally, we know that you may want to return an item and you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days. You also have statutory rights if goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.

Statutory Cancellation Right

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving an item. To exercise your cancellation right please email us on Please include your delivery ID/ invoice number with your items you want to return.

Our Voluntary Returns Policy

As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return most products from Buildiro partner stores within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are in an unused and undamaged condition. To return an item, please email us on Please include your delivery ID or invoice number for the items you want to return in your email.

Please note that this returns policy doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation as described above.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Used items must not have any signs of use or damage.

Here’s some helpful points to make your returns or exchange process quick and easy. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance:

  • Email us on with your items you want to return
  • Attach your order PDF, invoice or order reference number
  • Our customer service staff will check your email and confirm your order was received within the last 30 days
  • Once confirmed, our customer service staff will provide you with the details of where to return your item/s to. Unfortunately, we are not able to arrange or pay for postage, so this would be at your own expense.
  • The order amount for unwanted items will be refunded to you between 5-10 working days to the bank account used to make the order.

Returning A Faulty Item

If an item is faulty and was purchased less than 30 days ago, please contact our customer service team at and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

If this 30-day period has passed, we will offer a repair or replacement provided that you report the fault within 12 months of purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace the item(s) we will provide you with a refund.
