The wall luminaire Buddy wall is intended for direct lighting. It does not matter whether it is attached to a column, a support or simply to interior walls. Thanks to its restrained contours and flowing form, it blends very well into the background, bringing the surroundings to the fore.

The Buddy wall is equipped with the characteristic multidirectional shade and presents itself in a timeless, always modern look. The light intensity can be influenced and optimally adjusted to the existing situation via the built-in dimmer. Thanks to its colour, it can be easily integrated into many common furnishing styles and is literally a small accessory.

The wall lamp Buddy wall was designed in 2017 by the Danish designer Mads Sætter-Lassen, who graduated from the renowned design school of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. He sees himself as an advocate of democratic design, with an emphasis on simplicity and functionality. He prefers to emphasise the beauty and integrity of materials before unnecessarily squiggling them or adding elaborate details that would distract from the essential.

Northern's idea and mission statement is based on the fact that they combine pale beauty with stark contrasts and traditional craftsmanship. They attach great importance to natural materials and craftsmanship. Combining beauty with functionality is not always easy. Northern aims to create works of art that fit uncompromisingly into contemporary as well as traditional spaces.
